New Export Controls Online System (New EXCOL) - PreProd
Using the New Export Controls Online (New EXCOL) system, you can submit applications for export permits, import permits (arms), and certificates.

There are many additional services available to users with a My NEXCOL account:
- Submit applications for export permits, International Import Certificates (IIC), Delivery Verification Certificates (DVC), and request advisory opinions.
- Copy permit data from previous permits for similar exports.
- Manage, track, and edit submitted permit applications.
- Create and manage consignees.
Note: You may apply for a permit without a My NEXCOL account, though this option is limited. We recommend setting up an account.
